Dionysus

Dionysus is the god of wine and madness, also known as Mr. D, the director of Camp Half-Blood. He cares deeply about his children and the other campers, but still tends to act like a disrespectful, bitter, cynical douchebag. He has many skills, including the ability to grow and summon plants (he prefers grape and strawberry vines), inducing or curing madness, controlling, creating, and transforming other things or people into all things alcohol related, conjuring literally any kind of drink, turning people into animals, and placing curses on people. Demigod children of Dionysus are often level-headed people, though many are addiction-prone or can be triggered into their very own kind of madness, and they are blessed with skills in, well, partying, and possibly also acting and theater. Dionysus's blessing can include chlorokinesis, the ability to grow and control plants, or the ability to control other people's state of mind. His symbol is a grapevine, and when a camper is claimed, it is usually in person, as Dionysus is present at Camp Half-Blood.

Dionysus' cabin is Cabin 12. Its roof and walls are lined with grapevines.

Applicable Powers: Chlorokinesis, power over the state of mind, turning liquids into alcoholic beverages, placing curses on people, transforming people into animals (temporarily).
